Service Description

What is it? Our Journalling Workshop is a guided, reflective session designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore your thoughts through writing. Whether you're new to journalling or already love putting pen to paper, this workshop offers gentle prompts, mindful exercises, and a nurturing space to release, reflect, and gain clarity. It’s less about perfect writing and more about honest expression and emotional wellbeing. What will you need? All you need is a notebook and a pen. If you prefer, you’re welcome to bring your favourite journal, coloured pens, or anything else that helps you feel grounded and creative. Everything else will be provided. How long is it? The workshop runs for 60–90 minutes, giving plenty of time to ease in, explore prompts, and reflect without feeling rushed. Group Size? Workshops are best suited to groups of 5–20 people, creating an intimate and supportive environment while still allowing for meaningful shared discussion. Where can we host? We can come to you, and we can host the workshop in a space in your office or building. So, you and your team are comfortable and don’t need to go to a secondary location!
